HELP WANTED: CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Location: Ray of Hope PCM - Shelbina Center -  Will occasionally meet with clients in Macon as needed
Part-time Permanent Position: 15-20 hours weekly
Schedule: Mondays- 10:30-6:00 - Rest of week flexible hours

Ray of Hope Pregnancy Care Ministries (PCM) is seeking a Client Services Director to plan, organize, and oversee client programs and services at our two centers. Our team is looking for individuals committed to serving the women, men and families of our community through pregnancy and sexual health services, parenting education, and practical support. Responsibilities:

• Assures that client services volunteers are recruited, fully trained and supported
• Supervises client services staff/volunteers
• Responsible for new client intake, evaluation, scheduling appointments, conducting/overseeing education classes & case management, maintaining client records/notes and billing for client needs
• Assists the executive director and other administrators in the development, evaluation, and updating of client programs and strategic goals
• Increases community awareness and cooperation between agencies and community organizations to meet the unique needs of our clients
• Maintains all client services/programs at the highest quality possible, consistent with the mission and vision of Ray of Hope PCM
• Ensures that clients are served with respect and according to Ray of Hope PCM's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field OR should possess a minimum combined total of three years of experience in at least one or more of these three areas: Early childhood development, Family/marital counseling, Social work, or Case management.
• Excellent computer/typing skills and knowledge of Google/Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Zoom and willingness to learn data management and scheduling software.  Social media program skills a plus - Canva or Meta for FB
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to relate to professional, medical, church and social service agencies/organizations, as well as staff/volunteers, clients and donors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to train and supervise client staff/volunteers, work with clients and influence general public.
• Willingness and ability to demonstrate commitment to Ray of Hope PCM's mission, vision, statement of faith, and core values in the execution of position responsibilities.

HELP WANTED: RECEPTIONIST & OFFICE MANAGER
Location: Ray of Hope PCM - Shelbina Center 
Part-time Permanent Position:  10-12 hours weekly
Schedule: Mondays- 10:30-6:00 - Rest of week flexible hours for management

Ray of Hope Pregnancy Care Ministries (PCM) is seeking a receptionist/office manger. This position is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in performing administrative duties related directly to the operations of the Shelbina pregnancy center.  Major duties involve ensuring efficient office procedures, including record-keeping, scheduling and recruiting/overseeing volunteers, purchasing supplies, answering phones, data entry, taking in donations and overseeing the day to day tasks of the office. The office manger will also serve as a volunteer coordinator to ensure the office is properly staffed.  The office manager is also responsible for janitorial needs when a volunteer is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Have experience in office operations and general management of running an office
• Have excellent computer skills and ability to learn how to use data management/scheduling software
• Exhibit excellent organizational skill and typing ability
• Ensure general office maintenance and housekeeping 
• Oversee the recruitment, coordination & scheduling of volunteers working in the Baby Boutique & Caring Community
• Help ensure all volunteers are following proper protocols and procedures
• Assist the Executive Director, when appropriate, in training and evaluating volunteers
• Oversee inventory control of office supplies
• Receive all calls relating to office management
• Assist the Executive Director with performing office administrative and development duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
• Have excellent organizational and computer skills to schedule meetings and appointments within the office
• Be able to respect and keep information confidential
• Be able to manage a team and recruit and oversee volunteers as needed
•  Be dependable, stable, and capable of following through on commitments
•  Exhibit a sincere desire to reach out with the love of Jesus to people in distress
• Understand basic interpersonal dynamics
• Complete on-the-job training
• Agree with and be willing to uphold the Commitment of Care and Competence, Core Values, Statement of Faith, and policies of the center
