Statement to Donors during COVID-19 Pandemic
As concerns about COVID-19 continue, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautions to help keep staff, volunteers, and clients safe and healthy. Conversations are ongoing with our Board of Directors and our Executive Leadership Team.
Additionally, our professional affiliation with Heartbeat International and CareNet is providing an extension of support. We leverage your stewardship and support to ensure that Ray of Hope PCM is always prepared and equipped to defend and protect human life! Whether today as we face this most recent concern or on any other day as the people in our communities face other challenges that the Ray of Hope PCM ministry can address.
We are currently open by appointment only for clients and will be staffed during business hours. Staff and clients are following social distancing guidelines. Staff and clients will be wearing masks and be asked to complete COVID-19 screenings and temperature checks before and upon entering the building. Ray of Hope PCM will be meeting emergency needs of diapers/supplies as our Baby Boutique & CDC guidelines allow through curbside delivery. We are currently offering no contact delivery for all clients on Wednesdays from Noon to 4. Donors can also drop off needed Boutique items during this time frame.
Thank you for your ongoing support! We stand strong in times of adversity because you are not shaken and remain determined to do your part that we might help others overcome! We continue to pray for our friends worldwide affected by the Coronavirus. This is an interesting time in our world, and a time to join together in prayer for peace, healing and provision.
